GPS Marine and Civil Services Ltd is a partnership formed between GPS Marine Contractors Ltd (GPS) and Marine and Civil Services Ltd (MACS) providing expert experience of operating, constructing and designing marine infrastructure.
This strategic partnership is built on experience and collaboration, pooling together the strengths and resource of each business to provide Clients with a complete delivery partner in the Southeast of England.
GPS MACS offer our Clients a complete delivery partner, from early engagement and consultation, through to design, construction and commissioning. Our services include Project Management and Engineering, Design, Construction, Marine Logistics, and Commercial Diving.
Our base
Our head office GPS Marine House is based at our Rochester Facility on the River Medway, Rochester Kent UK. This location provides us with good access to the South of the UK and across the Europe.
Our jetty is used for mooring and storage of vessels during mob / demob and maintenance. Our wharf shown to the right of the main building is used for loading out any plant, equipment onto barges for projects. We also have our fabrication workshop on the wharf, so can load barges directly and tow to the specific projects.
Our vessels are included within the Landfall Marine Contractors VB fleet, and as such moored in Rotterdam when not is use in the UK. Our marine logistics department specialize in ocean going towages, time charters, anchor handling, pontoons/barges across Europe.
Our in house plant, equipment and resources allows us to self deliver on projects without reliance on supply chains and external parties.
